As an ex PGA Golf Professional living in Spain I soon realised that purchasing golf equipment, of any sort, in Spain was going to be very difficult and very expensive; when my wife decided she wanted to start playing. The choice was limited and correct advice was non existent.

With my contacts through years in the profession, we decided the time was right to create The Great Golf Company in Los Alcazares and opened to achieve two main goals.

1.) To enable our clients to have access to ALL the ranges of golf equipment and apparel at UK Golf shop prices and not over inflated European prices.

2.) To provide a high level of service for it's clients to include club repairs and custom fitting.

However, within a year we had achieved such excellent results that we where literally 'bursting at the seams' and so we moved to our new 1000 sqm Superstore in Balsicas. This not only gave us much more room to display our expanding ranges but also to install the nine floor driving range and putting green to enable our clients more opportunity to 'demo' the product.

By sourcing all our equipment and apparel from various locations at the right prices, we are able to offer our clients the best possible range at the best possible prices. This ensures our clients do not have to purchase over the Internet from overseas stores or on visits to the UK and can try everything in store to ensure it suits them. For those clients purchasing over the internet we offer free advice over the telephone from our highly trained staff including professionals and qualified club assemblers and custom fitters.
