Hello Karl and Mark,
I have been meaning to mail you for a while now to thank you for your help and patience on your opening day at the new store. The fatter grips on my Ping irons and the Cobra M Speed driver I bought have enabled me to return to the standard of golf that I was producing 15 years ago! I am regularly scoring gross sub 80 rounds now, a feat that I thought was well and truly in the past.
